3. Client data ownership

The client owns all of their data. Our software runs inside the client's own environment, and Forenstiq has no access to client data. We do not receive, store, or process client datasets on our systems.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or software, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forenstiq's total liability arising out of or relating to the software is limited to the amount paid by the client under the relevant contract. For free use of this website, no fee is paid and no such liability arises. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Intellectual property

Forenstiq owns the website, the software, and all related intellectual property, except for client data, which remains the client's.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
